Vloot vier 15 jaar

Die Namibiese vloot het op 7 Oktober sy 15de bestaansjaar gevier en Saterdag 'n ope dag as deel van die feesvieringe gehou. Om die verrigtinge af te skop, het vlootlede deur Walvisbaai gemarsjeer en die publiek kon die vlootbasis besoek. Verskillende wapens is uitgestal en die publiek kon aan boord van die NS Olifant en die NS Bukkaros gaan. Die hoofgeleentheid word Vrydag op Walvisbaai gehou. Foto Leandrea Louw
