Skool termyne vir 2021 bekend gemaak

Skole open aanstaande jaar vir die eerste termyn op 11 Januarie en sluit weer op 23 April.

Dit is 71 skooldae en sluit die vakansiedag op 22 Maart (Onafhanklikheids­dag) en die Paasnaweek (2-5 April) in.

Volgens die ministerie van onder­wys, kuns en kultuur duur die tweede termyn van 26 Mei tot 13 Augustus (58 dae) en sluit die vakansiedag op 16 Junie (Dag van die Afrika-kind) in.

Die derde termyn begin op 1 September en duur tot 3 Desember (67 dae) en sluit die vakansiedae op 28 September (Dag van die Namibiese kind) en 5 Oktober (Internasionale Onderwysersdag) in.

Die drie termyne het 'n totaal van 196 skooldae.
