Mnr. en Mej. Dwergieland gekroon

Tientalle seuns en meisies het om titels in 'n gewilde kompetisie meegeding.

Dwergieland Preprimêr het verlede week hul jaarlikse Meneer en Mejuffrou Dwergieland-skoonheidskompetisie aangebied.

Vyftien seuns en meisies het in die junior kategorie meegeding, en 17 seuns en meisies in die senior kategorie. Die deelnemers het op die verhoog in hul swem, ‘casual’ en aanddrag verskyn.

Ná deeglike beraadslaging deur die beoordelaars is Aaliyah Adonis gekroon as Mej. Dwergieland Junior en Eduardo Jeneke as mnr. Dwergieland Junior.

Die eerste prinses in die junior kategorie was Teyanna Rodkin en die tweede prinses Ereeza Iita. Frans Nghede is gekroon as die eerste prins, en die tweede prins is Marcello Britz.

Renezmay Andrews is gekroon as Mej. Dwergieland Senior. Rosalinda Dafonseca en Kendall Adonis is onderskeidelik eerste en tweede prinses.

Kevin Beukes is gekroon as Mnr. Dwergieland Senior, sy eerste prins is Shaldon Paulse en tweede prins Mbezira Kaiuina.

Mej. Persoonlikheid onder die juniors is Rozanne Elliot, en Renezmay Andrews is die Senior Mej. Persoonlikheid. Frans Nghede is Junior Mnr. Persoonlikheid en Mbizera Mnr. Senior Persoonlikheid.

Die beoordelaars was die voormalige Mej. Walvisbaai, Nicole Smith: die plaaslike geleentheidsbeplanner Yanni Bouwer, joernalis Leandrea Louw en die eienaar van Trends Walvisbaai, Albertina Angula.
