Kamanya doing Namibia proud

Miss Namibia 2018, Selma Carlicia Kamanya (22), made it into the top five of the Miss Universe national costumes competition with her beautiful outfit inspired by Namibian diamonds. Designed by Cobus Moller, it represents the essence of Namibia which is renowned worldwide for its magnificent diamonds. It also embodies the proud spirit of the country and its beautiful people. Kamanya won the 38th edition of Miss Namibia on 7 July 2018. She holds a diploma in economics and is a student at the Namibian University of Science and Technology. Michelle McLean won Namibia's first and only Miss Universe crown in 1992. The country is yet to win a Miss World crown.
