Musicians Eduardo “ESB” Riobo (25) and Rivaldo “Space” van den Heever (26), have been working non-stop to ensure that the year ends positively for them, as they aim to provide their fans with a memorable album.

The duo teamed up and released several catchy songs this year, resulting in calls from music enthusiasts for a full album.

“It is around the corner! A whole album just for you! Are you ready?” ESB hinted on his Facebook page.

According to Space, the much anticipated project is 94% complete.

The Walvis Bay-based pair’s song “Alibi” created a buzz on the air waves, spending six consecutive weeks at the number 1 position of Fresh FM’s Dubz Local Hitlist. The song also features Roger (Rodger Nuwuseb), another artist from Walvis Bay.
ESB recently announced on Instagram that the forthcoming album will be titled Inside Out.

“There have been ups and downs, but we pushed through. Luckily we had many moments of inspiration so we channelled it into the album and it definitely shows. All in all, it was hard work, but it was fun. I would definitely do it again,” ESB said.

He added that although it was exciting to produce the project, they are anxious to find out whether the album will enjoy the approval it deserves.

“It has been a long journey. We have put a lot of time and effort into making this album, so we are a little nervous to see if our hard work was worth the all the effort,” he said.

Other tracks that can be expected on the album include “Timeless” featuring Gemini (Eldino Majiedt) as well as “Hey Mami”.

Following a vote on whether fans would like to see a music video for either “Alibi” or “Timeless”, over 60% voted for “Alibi”, a song that has a very catchy and whistling hook.

ESB is no stranger to the music scene having produced for accomplished artists like internationally acclaimed Lioness (Dr La-Toya Mwoombola) and 2017 Namibian Annual Music Awards (NAMAs) female artist of the year, Monique English.

English received two nominations (Best Afropop and Best Female Artist of the Year) for this year’s NAMAs for “Red” featuring ESB, the title of her hit single and album.

ESB and Space’s Inside Out is expected to be officially released in November.
