The 2019 Tumbling and Trampoline nationals took place in Walvis Bay last weekend.

The competition also served as a qualifier for the African Union Sports Council (AUSC) Region 5 competition scheduled to take place in Pretoria, South Africa, in December.

Gymnasts aged between 7 and 16 years from Walvis Bay Gymnastics Club (WBGC), Crete (Windhoek), Chalk (Windhoek) as well as Moria (Outjo) competed.
