Logic Lubricants (Pty) Ltd. began operations in 2016 when the renowned company introduced the ENI (previously known as AGIP) lubricants brand to Namibia for the first time.

The company is a fully authorised licensee and reseller of ENI products with specific focus on the distribution and marketing of a comprehensive range of ENI automotive, industrial, marine, and mining lubricants in Namibia.

Logic Lubricants specifically focusses on the petroleum sector through the marketing of a comprehensive lubricant range of ENI, blended and packed under license from ENI by Blendtech (PTY) Ltd.

Blendtech operates its lube oil blending plant in Durban, South Africa, which is the local blender and approved agent for Sub Sahara Africa. The marketing of the ENI brand is through a number of sectors indicating the extent of the ENI product portfolio.

ENI engages in oil and natural gas exploration, field development and production, mainly in Italy, Belgium, Germany, Algeria, Angola, Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Libya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Norway, Kazakhstan, UK, the United States and Venezuela - in 42 countries overall.

ENI also sells products in the European market based on the portfolio availability of equity gas and long-term contracts, LNG on a global scale as well as produces and sells electricity through gas plants.

Through refineries, ENI processes crude oil to produce fuels and lubricants which are supplied to wholesalers or through retail networks and distributors. ENI engages in the trading of oil, natural gas, LNG and electricity.
