Bank branch staff donate towards Buy-A-Brick initiative

Standard Bank’s central region branch staff donated N$70 743 to the Shack Dwellers Federation of Namibia (SDFN) as part of their annual Christmas gift to the Buy-A-Brick initiative.

The donated amount, which is a significant increase compared to their 2017 contribution of N$40 109.50, will enable SDFN to build three additional low-cost houses.

Passionate about giving back to the community, the staff members handed over their donation to Standard Bank Namibia’s chief executive, Vetumbuavi Mungunda, earlier this week.
