“I’ve grown tremendously over the years, gained a lot of expertise as well as knowledge, and am still learn something new every day.”

Potgieter further says her work has purpose and means a lot to her; and this was always her driving force.

She advises that in to thrive in ones workplace a person should trust in the leadership and invest emotionally in his or her work.

“This is my recipe for success. You should know that you are part of something special as a member of a team that encourages and mentors you to achieve your full potential, and that your personal contribution makes a difference in a workplace.”
